I photographed this from the vantage point of a child gazing up. My childhood memories of the Legislature building are of the Canada Day fireworks. The jubilant flowers blooming in the foreground remind me of those dazzling firework bursts.

I painted this with oil in 2021 on a 8" x 12" birch panel, framed in white. One of a kind original signed artwork.
